I wouldn’t trust the test, unless there were about 15 of them conducted by various technicians.

Don’t need a blood test. DNA test is generally done by swabbing inside of the cheek. Takes about 2 minutes to get the sample. Painless, simple, accurate.
It takes a while for the matching portion of the test to be completed.
Accuracy? Often 99.9% accurate.
I doubt at age 30 he can force a dna test from Bill Clinton. Maybe at a younger age.
