A data-base based on what? I fail to grasp what the FBI intends to collect...that would show bias in policing.

Will they be noting race, religion, and background on parking tickets.....to determine that 82-percent of all Portland parking tickets go to Caucasian men? Or establish that 44-percent of speeding tickets in Mobile go to white trashy women under the age of 35? Or establish that in some counties in Texas....virtually every single speeding ticket went to a non-resident of the county during 2015?

Databases that have logic and a real-result...are worth building...like real statistical info on major league baseball players, or marketing jello to the public. But I just don’t see how you’d fill a database on bias and cops.

I have complete faith in their ability to build a huge database and use it for whatever purpose they deem fit.

The Obama version of the Constitution forbids the collection of crime data committed by "privileged" minorities.
Felonies have been "arbitrarily and capriciously" downgraded to misdemeanors, and misdemeanors to "citation crimes," like littering.

So accurate, complete, useful and meaningful crime statistics related to habitual repeat criminal demographics simply haven't existed for at least 8 years.

Save our money. Arrest all illegals and Mohammedans. Capital punishment for felons. Deport the rest to remote islands in the Pacific.

Database complete.

You’re thinking as if this were a serious attempt to address a serious question. This is incorrect. This is a tool to be used in political witch hunts, nothing more. The input data will be modified until it returns the result the masters want.

Mainly, these results will be twisted to show how white cops in black and hispanic neighborhoods cite and arrest minorities at a higher rate than they do in white neighborhoods. Then they will tout the data through the media mouthpieces. The politicians will grandstand and beat their chests talking about how concerned they are and how they will “address the problems identified by the system” or some other BS.
