I say we quit giving food to the poor. Eating well increases fertility and leads to more children living to maturity, which means more children living to maturity, times that by infinity we get a world of 14 Billion people with their hand out. People love their children, and that would be fine except for one thing, going back 4 to 10 generations, these people cannot feed themselves. QUIT REWARDING SLOTH AND LAZINESS, these people truly need to live or die by their own handiwork or lack of it. It is SOCIALISM not Capitalism that breeds failure, starvation and over-population.
There are two extremes which defy the bible, and you have plunged out of one into the other. Not every neediness situation is a laziness situation.
