Normal? Looks like she has a quivering shake as she was nodding yes. To me it looks a little strange but what it means I do not know. I don’t think she does it normally all of the time however?
That was my take. We gotta be careful of these vids that "prove" Clinton is sick. I believe she is, but it can be overdone, to our detriment. Enough of these kinds of misleading vids can put us in with the tinfoil hat crowd.

Folks, some of these observations that seem to indicate something, don’t buy in.
She collapses, of course. She does normal things many of us do, please don’t label it a sign of sickness.
If that’s true, many people who nod in acknowledgement while someone is talking to them, would be labeled a Parkinson’s victim.
Sometimes we just look silly with some of this.
