President Trump can cancel - or simply neutralise by non-enforcement - any treaty or deal he wants.

The Constitution requires that the Senate is the only body that binds the United States to a treaty. Other than that, forget it.

uh, yeah..of course.

This is the dumbest ###ing thing i’ve ever read.

cutting by that emissions (while China doesn’t have to start until we’re done in 2025) will cripple us.

Trump will tell them to drop dead.

Trump should bomb the UN to dust, then build a nice golf course and the new Trump International Hotel, Turtle Bay.

Without 2/3 of Senators ratifying this agreement, it is not binding. Who died and left Obozo God to unilaterally bind the US to international agreements?

The UN and the European Union are both menaces to American interests. The sooner that both disappear the better. Kick the UN out of the US and seize its aging HQ in New York by eminent domain or just seize it as an exercise in American sovereignty.

Constitutionally he is prohibited from taking any action on a Treaty that has not been approved by the Senate. Too bad the current occupant of the White House disregards that document.

It’s no -binding anyway, he doesn’t have to give it even a first thought...he can just ignore it.
