By their definition then when “people of color” be one the majority and have all the power, won’t they be the racists?

At my daughter's college, the President of the school sent out an e-mail that everyone was invited to join a black lives matter rally the next day. I am also an alumni of this school. I was going to say something as an alumnus but I see the student body is still smarter than the administration. Out of 10,000 students, about 28% minority, 18 people showed up for the rally. Daughter says everybody else just walked past them and went to class.
