You nailed it. I have often said that you could give each city dwelling black person a million dollars in cash with one proviso; that they need to meet you again in one year. My guess is that 99.9% would have pissed through the money and would be wanting more. No amount of money will satiate these people, and that is all they are after. These people are wealth destroyers; simply look at any area which has a 40%+ black population.
