Should Trump get elected and the Congress remain in Republicans hands the first law they should pass is cable un-bundling. This would put MSNBC out of business immediately and CNN sooner or later.
In the meantime a pro bono law firm like Judicial Watch should file a series of lawsuits against any public institution that plays CNN, as most airports do.
These lawsuits should present to the court the hard evidence that CNN is not a news but rather political organization.
IMO, they would have gone out of business years ago but the leftists are subsidizing them with taxpayer's money.
