You think it’s cultural? Can you think of any other possibility? LOL
I knew someone whose child was killed by a thug. Somehow the thug committed suicide in jail. How he did it was a mystery. He was in a wheelchair and unable to walk but somehow was able to get up, walk away from his wheelchair and hang himself.

If the prisoners are guilty, I don’t see a problem here.

Think of the cost savings of every suicide on the courts and the jails. We should be encouraging this. Put a noose in them middle of every cell along with a $25 check they can make out to next of kin.

We need studies for California to help raise our illegal prisoners suicide rates. Europe is way ahead of our scores. Californians are constantly looking for ways to be more European. I think they should here too.
