Republican Sens. Marco Rubio and Pat Toomey became the latest Republicans to speak out against Donald Trump's warnings of a rigged election Monday night.
In separate high-stakes debates, the two incumbent U.S. senators each refuted Trump's claim that the results of the 2016 election could be tainted, and both men called for confidence in next month's vote.
"Our elections may not always be completely perfect, but they are legitimate, they have integrity and everyone needs to respect the outcome," Toomey said during his debate with challenger Katie McGinty when asked about the Republican presidential nominee's allegations, which he's been repeating on the stump all week.
Toomey said that the success of the American "republic" depends on citizens' "confidence in the outcome of the elections" and said voters should respect the outcome, "because that's going to be necessary to pull us all together on Nov. 9."

Voting for Pat Toomey is a difficult choice. He has thrown many of his loyal supporters under the bus and has sold out the gun owners who helped put him in office in 2010. On the other hand, his opponent, Katie McGinty, is a liberal crook right out of the Clinton mold. The problem is that we fail to field decent conservative candidates in the primary. It is an especially big problem in a machine politics state like PA.

Toomey should know better following the revelation of Philadelphia voting fraud where more voted than were registered or living in the city (forget which it was, maybe both).
Hey Rubio was there not something like 107% voter turnout for the dimoKKKRATS in St Lucie County? Answer, yes there was. That is fraud in you home state.

We hit at the nut of the matter. It’s not about whether elections are actually free and fair, its about whether they are perceived as such.

Toomey is a good case for voting the top of the ticket. I live in PA and its what I want to do. He and the Koch brothers have a door to door campaign in Buck’s county. The people doing the canvassing were told not to mention Trump’s name. I can’t wait for them to show at my home. Fireworks of the first order. Toomey is a snake.
At one time some conservatives put a lot of faith in Toomey, but they must have never known why they did.
