It is the mission of Off-Campus Life (OCL) to assist students in gaining necessary knowledge and skills to make informed decisions within the JMU off-campus community. The transition of moving off-campus includes new and exciting situations, challenges, and responsibilities. This includes upholding legal and community responsibilities, budgeting money, learning time management, and adjusting to life with new roommates. OCL helps students understand and live up to these new expectations.
