While I will be guiding graduate students in the research, it is a big project. I'm very hopeful (and expect that) the results will be useful to HRC.

The part in red means the Hillary campaign at the highest levels (Podesta, Jennifer Granholm) were explicitly coordinating with the SuperPac. Note 'Priorities' is capitalized, and the name of the SuperPac is 'Priorities USA Action'. Jennifer Granholm, was drafted to be co-chair of this superPAC by Hillary's campaign manager (Podesta) and -guess what- Jennifer Granholm is now chair of CORRECT THE RECORD (that David Brock organization which has a regular list of talking heads and daily email press summaries, as well as 15,000 paid internet trolls).

This sounds to *me* like a layperson, that it might be illegal -- aren't SuperPACs *forbidden* to coordinate with the campaign?

So what?

They are lawless and none will be charged, much less punished.

If there is no law, then there is no law.

they are thus not protected by laws against harm to their person

Money Laundering Scheme Exposed: 14 Pro-Clinton Super PACs & Non-Profits Implicated
zerohedge.com ^ | Sep 20, 2016 / FR Posted by Helicondelta

David Brock has 7 non-profits, 3 Super PACs, one 527-committee, one LLC, one joint fundraising committee, and one unregistered solicitor crammed into his office in Washington DC. Uncovered records expose a constant flow of money between these organizations. The Bonner Group, his professional solicitor, works off a commission. Every time money gets passed around, Bonner receives a 12.5% cut.

Follow the money : Say, for example, you donate $1,062,857 to Media Matters for America. This is how David Brock would have used your charitable donation in 2014:

1- Media Matters would receive your $1,062,857 donation The Bonner Group would earn a $132,857 commission Media Matters would retain $930,000

2- Next, Media Matters would give what’s left of your entire donation, $930,000, to the Franklin Education Forum The Bonner Group would ‘earn’ a $116,250 commission The Franklin Education Forum would retain $813,750

3- The Franklin Education Forum would then forward the remaining $813,750 to The Franklin Forum The Bonner Group would ‘earn’ a $101,718 commission The Franklin Forum would retain $712,031

In the end, Brock’s solicitor would have pocketed $350,825, almost a third of your initial donation! That’s a far cry from the advertised 12.5% commission.

Thanks, Liz.

Brock's little nest was one of the first things I thought of, but I wasn't aware of any succinct summary.

Could you post that item as a separate thread, please?

I am not sure what a super PAC is or exactly how it works or what is illegal. Can somebody explain?

I don’t know very well. But what I think I understand is that coordination between super PACs and campaigns themselves (which is what the spreadsheet is evidence of) is forbidden, because there is no limit on individual donations to super PACs.

Donations to a campaign itself are capped at something like $2500 or $2700 per donor. Donations to a Super PAC are unlimited: but the campaign must have no coordination with the SuperPAC.

Do you know who else used that methodology or one kind of like it? Bill and Hillary Clinton in the Whitewater deal which became the gold standard for the criminality for the theft that occurred during the S&L crisis.

The S&L would loan money to it’s insider #1 to buy property A. The insider would take property A, have a crooked appraiser in on the scam say that property A was now worth twice as much and the same S&L would loan twice the money to insider #2 to buy the property from insider #1. They would keep doing this and at the end the American taxpayer was left holding the bag.

John McCain was in on this kind of theft and THAT SOB ran for president. He is a crook and a nut case, I’ve met him. But I digress.

Most people in Washington are outright thieves. Even the Bush family are. In this election cycle they are pissed off because Trump screwed up their bundling gravy train. Just like in the David Brock money laundering scheme people like Neil Bush would get a commission on every dollar raised for the Jeb! campaign or many of the Super Pac’s. But Donald Trump came along and screwed the entire Bush family because he cut off their commission based fund raising way before the general election. People like Neil Bush tried to pivot over to another Bush lackey named Ted Cruz but that went to hell too once Trump took Ted Cruz out.

It is all about money and this election cycle Donald John Trump totally destroyed the Republican money gravy train. Trust me, believe me, he knew that would happen.

When Trump is elected a lot of people will be going to jail or losing a lot or all of their money. That is why all of those on the left are crapping in their pants, they have to win or they go to the pokey or go broke. The Clinton’s know this and they and many others are scared $hitless. I pray for Trump’s safety.

BEST ELECTION EVER!!!!!
