WASHINGTON, Oct. 24, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Hillary Clinton's defense against charges that she has lawlessly handled classified information in her emails, and by using her private email server, has been that the FBI performed a complete investigation and found no violation of law. This morning, thanks to investigative reporting by the Wall Street Journal1 and Fox News2, we may understand why the FBI dropped the case. Governor Terry McAuliffe of Virginia, a Clinton confidant, directed almost $800,000 into the political coffers of the wife of this high-ranking FBI official overseeing the email investigation.

As an attorney, and a former JAG officer who has had responsibilities over the investigation and prosecution of crimes, I am at a loss to see how the FBI could possibly allow Andrew McCabe to oversee the investigation of Mrs. Clinton's email server scandals. Mr. McCabe was clearly indebted to the Clinton Campaign because of the support given his wife.
McCabe should have immediately recused himself from the investigation. His failure to do so proves that he is unqualified to serve as Deputy Director of the FBI, or in any position of trust in the United States Government.

I believe that federal employees are required to take annual training for handling classified material, record keeping requirements, and ethics - yes, ethics. Many have always felt that the rules only apply to little people, but the last year has provided absolute proof that some people are simply too big to jail just as some banks were too big to fail.
We would be squished like a bug if we did 1/1000th of what these “public servants” have done.
There is this minor issue that it is a felony.
As I just posted, this is a Felony that can be prosecuted by the DOJ!

How far and how deep clintons’ cash payoffs reached.. it’s astounding how many were willing to be corrupted.. and maybe there was more than that much cash involved. I can see some being cheap enough to accept cash... but that many? and the FBI? hillary’s and bill’s crime syndicate worked well enough to suspect some other influences also. If you go back to Arkansas and all that went on there.. when they got to Washington, they just upped the ante, upped the threats and upped the class of people they hooked into their crime family.
I just thought there was maybe one law abiding in the bunch.. one that stood for something and cared for this country..
But it’s still unbelievable they reached all the way into the office of the President of the United States and into the once honored FBI... being that corrupt and no one willing to stop them. There had to be hundred of officials and others, who knew hillary was a criminal and didn’t stop her from being a candidate... look at what comey did.. he said she was guilty and then said she was too dumb to be guilty... what sense does that make! Some say he didn’t want to upset the apple cart of a candidate and the sitting President... so they were just going to pay her way back into the White House! and say nothing...
I guess by the time you get that high, one is as bad as the other, so they don’t tattle on each other... and that’s the reason obama has been able to do all he’s done... he has convinced the public he is innocent of everything...he didn’t see it.. he didn’t hear it.. and he didn’t do it.
Terry McAuliffe is corrupt even by Clintonian standards. The FBI has been destroyed by it’s own corruption, as have most of our government agencies, even the upper levels of the armed forces.

fbi should be dismantled before they weaponize against us, lots of decent folks in the agencies, but we now see these entities, fbi, epa, irs, etc..are not useful to the country if corrupted by ruling party. It would be better to reform the intelligence groups under different criteria, so a corrupt executive cannot rule like a king through cabinet post.
