Comey has made a career of cleaning up after the Clintons. Why would he suddenly throw a hand-grenade into it when in a couple of days from now the election is over?

Something scares him more than the Clintons scare him.

#1. Despite the polls, he believes Trump is winning and believes he will be investigated along with the Clintons.

#2. His FBI is about to mutiny and he has to get on the right side of it.

#3. Something really bad is about to hit the press and he has to get ahead of it. It isn’t what we’ve heard so far.

Any ideas?

He hasn’t thrown a hand-grenade in. I just pulled the pin, and holding on to the lever. What does he have?

Consider all the redacted stuff released by Wikileaks for one. Chances are, the wiki-sender probably has the un-redacted stuff.

I propose there is clear evidence of outright treason, and the wiki drip-drip is sending SOMEONE high up a signal via the pattern of what is coming out.

But as long as I’m on a roll predicting what’s happening, here goes:

I suspect we will learn the wiki source is not one person, and they are INSIDE the Clinton camp. Part of the 30 min delay before getting of that plane Friday were probably laced with threats, and making Huma vanish. If DOJ(Lynch) advised Comey NOT to release that letter to Congress, Her next phone call went to either Hillary, Huma or the Usurper-in-Chief himself.

Think about Hillary’s marching orders to the press: Demand Comey releases what he has NOW. I suspect those are not HER orders; just what she was TOLD to say. Comney probably got that demand via phone call DIRECTLY from 1600 Penn Ave, or by Lynch. No doubt the media is camped out where ever he is. They are melting down his phone lines. NSA and DOJ civil rights attorneys are combing through his life right now.

This is Washington. Congress probably knew that letter was coming. C’mon, you think some spook in DC WASN’T analyzing everything that was being wiki-ed? Just because CNN was leading with it, doesn’t mean it wasn’t getting around...

... and when Washington gets into CYA mode, people in high places tend to pull pins on grenades, and hold on to the level until they get guarantees.

I would say Comey has several times been put into positions where he was pressured and/or bribed into not pursuing illegal Clinton activities.

There is absolutely no indication that he likes or trusts the Clintons. The is no indication that the Clintons would not get rid of him because he knows too much.

This information was probably available to other sources. Comey and the FBI have certainly gotten more evidence against the Clintons than they have disclosed. And Comey surely does not believe that Clinton did not know that “C” meant classified as Clinton testified.

Comey has to know that FBI agents are angry about the corruption in the FBI.

Comey defied the DOJ. At least that is what Lynch and the top DOJ lawyers say.

Because every one on the Left is not comfortable with the ongoing betrayal of Constitutional oaths & the true interests of Americans, one can expect a number of "mutinies" from the Obama/Clinton narrative, in the next few days. Of course, there is also the probability of some new effort to drudge up something out of its actual context, against Donald Trump.

All of this said, the advantage is now clearly ours; and we should use the realization of that advantage, even among Republican embarrassments--those intellectual cripples who endlessly apologize for Donald Trump not being a "politically correct" twit, like they are--to let the twits in Congress limp back into the party, to help the Trump program get through a less than principled Congress.

This is our chance to reverse the downward spiral, which began when the political cowards in the days of FDR, abandoned principles they had endorsed for years, rather than fight FDR's popular demagoguery.

I know many do not want to allow the sanctimonious twits the luxury of getting on board. But the reality is that most politicians are moral weaklings. And the votes of those who join us out of fear will count as much as those who are truly with us. (Over time, of course, an America that returns to her principles, will draw a much better type into politics. But we have to take this one step at a time. The need is truly desperate.)
