After all, he’s already exonerated Hillary because of “lack of intent,” or something. If Huma is in trouble, why send the letter to Congress? The only thing I can determine is that there is something even more troubling than just classified information that’s the issue here.
What I want to know is if the emails contained documents that had classification markings (e.g., Header/Footer, portion markings) and the typical front page disposition markings.

Also, eails date back to only around 2012, so in theory there wont be any evidence of the cover up there.

It would make sense that the FBI hadn’t even looked at the content of the emails until they had the warrant. The FBI probably knew without a doubt that the emails were classified because the time and date stamps matched up identical with Hillary’s classified emails. The FBI also might find “intent” to hide or delete some of the emails that had classified info. This is the big question.
Prior to this, Comey could say “It was sloppy, but only people with clearance ever saw the emails”.
Now he can no longer say that. The second these classified communications are out of gubmint control...all bets are off. The FBI, CIA, etc now have no idea who may have accessed this info.
I agree. My wife and I have been discussing this latest event. The only thing we can come up with which is not a classified question is MURDER. Could Hlllary and Huma been discussing one of the latest mysterious deaths associated with the Clintoons? If I recall an earlier thread somebody had listed something like 40+ such events. The latest being somebody (a month or two ago) in the UN who had talked against Hillary. I also mentioned the possibility that Hillary and Bill participated with Weiner and Huma in pedophilia. The wife poo-pooed that one.
I figure its proof of intent, like proof of buying off the lead investigator with the half a mill donation to his wife.
For one thing, it was reported that the mega data find, by NYPD investigating the sexting case, notified the NY FBI and the NY FBI sent the addresses to the Clinton Foundation investigative team in the FBI, like FIRST.
If that report was ever accurate, this may shake loose the damn Justice Department from stalling and thwarting any support for the FBI investigation into the Clinton Foundation.

No, there really is nothing worse than classified information outside a classified network.
Somehow Comey was able to make the first batch seem not so bad. Likely what is on this computer is classified info that could not be whitewashed, especially since it was found by people NOT tied to Hillaries classified case.
I think we now have proof that Huma was an enemy operative and was moving sensitive info to our enemies. Now I am sure Hillary knew about it and was profiting from it. But the Clintons are good at covering their bases so I hope in the 650k there is ties to Hillarys involvment.
I believe Obama, ValJar, Huma and Hillary all knew what was going on. Let us hope that they are all in those emails.

My thoughts exactly. If it’s just classified information/emails, we’ve already seen that and it apparently wasn’t worth prosecuting. It must be something else.

Things I’ve read here on FR refer to people in NYPD and other NY LEO who’ve seen the emails. They say there are details in the emails about Lolita Express and Pedophile Island. And not just Bill, which we already know about, but Hillary, too.
Maybe we’ll know for sure some day; maybe we won’t.
He sent the warning to Congress because he was alerting them to the fact that all the emails had been found. There are probably many political careers about to be destroyed by the contents of those emails. He was helping them by giving them time to destroy evidence/protect themselves.
