My reading of the applicable law is that “intent,” as it’s written in that law, means non-accidental. What they did with those emails was clearly intentional, and illegal.

Just this weekend, the Clinton defenders were claiming that there were no emails sent to or from Hillary; then they said that the emails were just sent so that Huma could print them out at home; then they said it was probably just an auto-backup that she knew nothing about, and they must have just gotten on that one computer.

Every time they come up with an excuse, more information shows that those are just lies.
