It’s not on her “phone”...the emails are on an account which is on a cloud and will follow her to every phone. Someone forgot to inform them hammers don’t destroy email accounts.
Does anyone else remember the email from Huma, in Pakistan, concerning a request for someone to move a TOP SECRET DOCUMENT IN HER CAR from the passenger area to the trunk.....?
Was Huma’s car being used as a ‘Mail drop’ for routing intell to an Islamic terrorist organization? Was Huma’s car the drop for the return of the Classified Document after it had been reviewed by a clandestine contact?

FBI just confirming what they likely already knew from the Weiner investigation. They just needed the new Warrant to confirm.
I believe that Weiner, Huma forwarded all of her and Hillary’s mail to yahoo for nefarious reasons.
Yes, as they just got “search warrants” yesterday. It begins. Up to now, the investigators were confined to the mega-data, which to my understanding is nothing of content of emails but simply the long list of addresses listing the “to-and-from” proof, which showed that emails went, on Weiner/Huma’s jointly used lap top, from certain parties to HRC at the State Dept.
The NYPD found the mega data addresses and had to contact the FBI. The NY FBI confirmed the addresses, but without the content of the emails, because they had no warrant to search content.
Now they do.
Could be...remember that there was no Grand Jury impaneled to issue warrants or subpoenas.
