An FBI investigation done by John Ashcroft's new Department of Justice under George W. Bush investigated and seemed to conclude that Bill Clinton sold two pardons to Marc Rich and Pincus Green on his last day in office in exchange for donations to the DNC and the Clinton Library. (pages 65-66,125)

The takeaway is that the attorney who worked with Rich to get the Clinton pardon is now in charge of the Hillary email investigations for the Just Us Department.

Uh, no. IIRC Comey was the young DOJ attorney who closed the case at the time without taking any action. And the attorney representing Marc Rich, Kadzik, is now a Deputy Attorney General under Loretta Lynch.

I think we are about to test how absolute the power of pardon is. Can a pardon be exchanged for a bribe? A common law approach to Constitutional construction would say no!
Names are redacted on page 66, so can we assume that the names that donated to Clinton are not Rich or Green?
