Must be from the Dept. of "JUST-US", Community Affairs division; you know, the ones who organized and arainged transport for the demonstrations in Martin vs. Zimmerman !
We just had a 911 operator who ,upon receiving a citizen complaint, notified the drug dealer that police were comming
and then a minute later, she notified the police of the complaint, and they dispatched a car.
Needless to say, the dealer had already left the area.
She got fired, but not prosecuted for obstruction.
There is a reason for doing background investigations !

There’d be only one thing I’d want changed. Being a genius should not preclude an otherwise qualified candidate being a sworn officer. Currently, yes, there are IQ caps. I don’t know why. The very smartest would just choose to score low if they really wanted in, but they they would not be honest. Why not let in the honest geniuses too.
