The Declaration under oath was a clear deception, as it didn’t reveal the concern Kendall had expressed about documents prior to March 18, 2009 that had not been produced. Whether it was perjury will depend on whether a prosecutor or court would accept the numerous Clintonian loopholes built into the wording.

I am now at the point, where I understand why the Blosheviks executed the entire Romanov family.
This woman, her husband, their daughter, her husband, and their grand daughter all need to receive the same treatment. We can add to them Huma, Carlos Danger, Cheryl Mills,John Podesta, Soros, and a litany of other miscreants who have enabled/served them in any capacity. Execute them all. Preferably in a ditch somewhere covered with lime, and back-filled.

I’ve studied the Romanovs. Nicholas II was way out of his league, and he knew it: He did not want the crown, and, when his father died, lamented that it would fall to him. He despaired because he knew nothing of ruling.
The kids? Utterly sheltered and clueless as to the ways of the world outside the palace grounds (several palaces, by the way) and other royal getaways. The two eldest girls were the equivalent of candystripers during WWI, but that was about it. None of them had even the slightest inkling they were going to be murdered (though the eldest daughter, Olga, began to withdraw into herself near the end, as if she knew she was not long for the world, though I’m sure murder was the last thing she expected).

Not in the least. Deceptive is a perfectly fine word with a precise English definition. A thing is not moral simply because it is legal in some strict sense, nor is a thing necessarily immoral because it is illegal.
Even in the law there are grey shades: making a false statement, lying under oath, may (or may not be) a crime depending on the circumstances, and may still not be perjury.
Deceit has a specific legal meaning, which falls short of perjury, and which is not the least bit "squishy:" For legal purposes, deceit is a tort that occurs when a person makes a factual misrepresentation, knowing that it is false.

This is why the usual witness oath is about telling the truth, and the WHOLE truth.
A Clinton tells debatable truths, but almost never the whole truth, as shown by more than a generation’s worth of experience.

Not a good comparison IMHO. The Bolsheviks murdered the Romanovs for one reason. They were afraid the white Russians were going to take over Ekaterinburg and free the royal family as a symbol to rally around against the Reds. Then they set up a far more despotic regime.
