I’m with you, WENDLE. This is it, it has to be tomorrow or we are going in with what we have now. We may have enough, we may well be winning, but if they want to be dead certain that we end this criminal regime, then it’s now. That means that good men and women in the NYPD and the FBI - and maybe in our intelligence community - need to go public tomorrow and lay it out in the open. That’s a terrible risk for them, terrible, but the country needs it now if we are to be certain that the beast is slain.

Not trying to sound defeatist, but what can the FBI do without a grand jury, which is what the DoJ won’t allow. Making DoJ executives regret their decisions will be little consilatiion if Hillary wins.
All they can really do is go public and/or leak. Are they hoping WikiLeaks will do it for them? Are they feeding WikiLeaks? Is that the standing unspoken threat between the FBI and DoJ, that the FBI will leak? Is the material so dire that the DoJ would risk it being leaked rather than empanel a grand jury? Is the last hope for DoJ to discredit the FBI for leaking and thereby undermine any future prosecution? (I don’t know any of that.)
I have a feeling something big will happen tomorrow, by hook or by crook!
Take NO prisoners and make them suffer.. Time to take the gloves off. These crooks think they are untouchable, time to find out otherwise.

They can turn evidence over to state prosecutors in all 57 states if the feds decline to bring charges.
These people are going to have some kind of back up plan if this s*** is going down. They may not be coordinated in it, but you can bet that as heavy as its getting there are going to be bug outs, suicides, roll overs on others, maybe even some sort of regional or national “event” to divert or defeat the patriots.
This is the kind of end game that had nazis offing their families and themselves. The end game where the evil followers have their world turned upside down and the fear of stark justice sends hot urine down their thighs. There are going to be some desperate people come Tuesday night/Wednesday morning.

The so-called Justice Department is not defined in the Constitution, and was created and "developed" using normal Legislation.
No Constitutional Amendment required. It has has a tortuous path to its present status, and it can't be more obvious that it needs to be checked to remove its tentacles from every corner of government, and has become a Fourth Branch superior to both the executive and the legislative.
Its original role was to advise--- nothing else.
Certainly not to rule as the final word, through inaction as well as by action.
We don't need a Fourth Branch of government.
The politicized criminal monster that it has become must be brought to a quick halt.
The continued disappearance of critical official documents from the National Archives with no perp, no prison time given, and constant repetition of the crime by known criminals must be prosecuted.
I would require that the Attorney General's affiliation be politically neutral, and the office-holder prosecuted and replaced for blatantly partisan activity.
Enough is enough!

The play in Ark under Slick Willie was to appoint to a position and then convert them to state employees later. This has been repeated over the last twenty years in Fed positions and results in “partisan ‘Career’ Professionals” that carry the water for the progressives long after leaving their appointed positions. The progressive henchmen may be ten deep at the bar in Justice, FBI,CIA, IRS, EPA, NSA, STATE, Border Patrol, etc.
Trump will have to demand resignations from all appointees, and put employees that converted from appointed positions on notice that any failure to follow the law or violations of paths of office / failures to follow security protocols will result in termination and prosecution.
And this is why CNN has been attacking the FBI as hard as they can.
