Newly released WikiLeaks emails provide a new theory offered by a 2008 Hillary Clinton campaign official for why Clintons private email server technician, Bryan Pagliano, avoided testifying to Congress last year by invoking his Fifth Amendment rights.
Bryan was the one who retrieved all our emails for Maura to read, Neera Tanden, Clintons 2008 policy director, wrote to Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta in a Sept. 3, 2015 email released on Thursday by WikiLeaks.
Maybe that is why hes avoiding testifying, she added. News broke that same day that Pagliano, who was the 2008 campaigns IT director, would take the Fifth instead of testifying in front of the House Select Committee on Benghazi.
It is unclear who Maura is. But it is most likely Maura Pally, Clintons deputy counsel on the failed 2008 campaign. Pally is now vice president of programs at the Clinton Foundation. She did not return a request for comment.

They put things in writing many people would never do.
I’m presuming Mr. Pagliano has had several visits from the FBI this week?
It would take a 50 x 50 feet wall to lay out a chart connecting all the players in the Clinton Foundation scam.
ILLEGAL!!!!! ARREST HIM!!
And a bigger one to stand them up against!
Some players are being interviewed for the second and third times, according to Fox News. Laura Ingraham said you go back when you’ve found new information that might contradict the testimony in an earlier interview.
Generally, if you do an interview and swear on the facts, and they call you up two months later to say....they’d like a second interview, and they simply say that some of your info from the first episode doesn’t fit...you need to find another lawyer and start looking for simple basic truth. A third call? You are screwed with your story and best fall to the ground and tell every single detail.

Another option - Take the 5th. But that doesn’t fly in front of a GJ, I don’t think, unless you don’t mind spending time behind bars until you ‘fess up.
It’s funny, but it does seem like they never used their phones as phones.
