Yeah, sounds like Carper is doing a CYA. I don’t see the Russians bothering to print up fake U.S. Senate stationary and doing snail mail. In this day and age hacking and phishing are where it’s at. This is just an attempt to throw doubt on Wikileaks or anything else that makes the Dems look bad.
