FBI Director Comey says agency won’t recommend charges over Clinton email
The Washington Post ^ | 11/06/16 | Tom Hamburger

FBI Director James B. Comey notified key members of Congress Sunday afternoon that after reviewing all of the newly discovered Hillary Clinton emails the agency stands by its original findings against recommending charges.

Comey wrote that investigators had worked “around the clock” to review all the emails found on a device used by former congressman Anthony Weiner that had been sent to or from Clinton and that “we have not changed our conclusions expressed in July.”

Look up the statute that Art in Idaho posted at the beginning of this thread.

As they say in the TV commercials, "but that's not all":

Mr. Comey, your announcement befuddles my grandson. He says, "Grandpa, all those 18 U.S. Code violations. . Don't they mean anything?"

The overwhelming evidence along with plenty of intent reminds me of what I heard the other night, some guy stating, "It's the server stupid." Just setting up a private server conveys an intent to deceive, or as any 5th grader would say, "She was trying to hide something."

And how's this for intent?:

Did she intend to conceal emails/documents?

Did she intend to remove emails/documents?

Did she intend to mutilate and destroy emails/documents?

Did she intend to obliterate and falsify emails/documents?

Let's review a few other 18 U.S. Code violations:

"1. 18 U.S. Code § 793 - Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information 18 U.S. Code § 798 - Disclosure of classified information"

"2. U.S. Code § 1924 - Unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material"

"3. 18 U.S. Code § 2071(b) -- Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally"

"4. 18 U.S. Code § 641 - Public money, property or records"

"5. 18 U.S. Code § 1505 - Obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and committees"

"6. 18 U.S. Code § 1519 -- Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in federal investigations"

"7. 18 U.S. Code § 1031 -- Fraud against the United States 18 U.S. Code § 1343 - Fraud by wire, radio or television 18 U.S. Code § 1346 -- Definition of "scheme or artifice to defraud" 18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to defraud the United States"

"8. 18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to commit a federal offense

With each law broken multiple times, there are indictable offenses galore. According to Rudy Giuliani, there are at least 16 separate felonious violations of U.S. Federal Code, and many multiple counts therein.

So, to review, Mr. Comey, did Hillary Clinton remove, conceal, mutilate, or destroy any email or document?

So, Mr. Comey, do we have Intent yet? It's obvious she broke at least 16 laws and not one charge? What's going on?

Mr. Comey, per 18 U.S. Code A 2071, is Hillary Clinton "Disqualified from holding any office under the United States?" A sincere question from a citizen who assumes we are a nation of laws.

American Patriots want to know tomorrow.

The law is the law. The Beltway, not just Comey, Lynch and Congress - the whole Beltway is complicit in this criminal enterprise and ignoring the rule of law. This has to stop.

We're either a nation of laws or we are not.

Tell Hillary Clinton she's Guilty on November 8!

Vote for Trump/Pence!

When told he would be springing Hillary, I imagine Comey saying something like, “Listen. I cannot be threatened. And I cannot be bought. But, you put the two together, and I’m your man.”

It’s almost funny that my 78 year old mom who always believe the alphabet news said “I bet they paid Comey off”.

If they can move that fast they can easily move through any other complex investigation, like Fast and Furious or the IRS / Lerner scandal.

That’s exactly what I thought.

650,000 emails in a few days? Yeah right. He was threatened.

This will only enrage Trump supporters and Indys even more. I was at a Trump flash mob today, and when they made the announcement of the “revised” findings, the crown went wild. Too little too late to help her. . .and please GOD have the NYPD speak tomorrow just to seal it.

He might be able to get away with this if the American people hadn’t been reading the Wiki-Leak Emails discussing cover-ups, Presidential involvement and obvious intent to0 deceive.

And that’s the plus. On the other side is a lot of people will not remember whether they heard something from that, or all the crazy that was spamming the Internet.

Hopefully people will recall enough to see that despite Comeys declaration...things still don’t add up to her being vindicated, and instead see the discordance.

It is a scary feeling. Completely losing faith in a system that I once believed in. I have never felt this way. It is not a good feeling.

Won’t have any impact, not enough time plus the media already told us the emails are baked in. She is tanking and it’s the Obamacare rates that are doing it.

Comey’s letter stated:

"During that process, we reviewed all of the communications that were to or from Hillary Clinton while she was Secretary of State.

"Based on our review, we have not changed our conclusions that we expressed in July with respect to Secretary Clinton."

Therefore, his investigation is still incomplete, unless every one of the e-mails on the device were "to or from Hillary Clinton”. His letter does not eliminate the possibility that there is a letter from Huma to Cheryl Mills containing statements showing that the intent to have the private server was to avoid FOIA disclosures and disclosures to Congress that would demonstrate bribery through the Clinton Foundation for State Department favors to the donors. Such statements would provide the “intent” element that Comey erroneously found lacking in his July announcement.

The only reason I can see for Comey to send this carefully worded letter now is to influence the election in favor of Hillary because he knows that the media will report it as an exoneration of Hillary.

Anything involving a federal offense the Manhattan DA would turn over to the USA comcerned. In this case not USA for Southern district. But USA for Eastern district, Lynch’s old office. Since the Weiners lived in Manhattan I do not know why it went to Brooklyn. The only legal rationale is Brooklyn is HQ fot Clinton. I think they desired to keep it from Bharha because he is a glory hunting loose cannon who thinks he is the reincarnation of Tom Dewey. If Vance wants to make a child porn case and there is evidence on Weiner’s computer Weiner is cooked (pun). But anything else falls outside his purview and any computer data that does not deal directly with Weiner would have been fowarded to the Feebs or the office of The USA Eastern District.
