FBI Director James B. Comey notified key members of Congress Sunday afternoon that after reviewing all of the newly discovered Hillary Clinton emails the agency stands by its original findings against recommending charges.
Comey wrote that investigators had worked “around the clock” to review all the emails found on a device used by former congressman Anthony Weiner that had been sent to or from Clinton and that “we have not changed our conclusions expressed in July.”

You are correct. If he had indicted her a few days before the election, Obama would have gotten up and said "I cannot allow this to interfere with the election. I do not see any evidence that she did anything wrong. To put this to bed and get it out of the way, I am therefore issuing a full pardon".
Comey’s FBI will be purged of GOOD GUYS if the Evil Witch wins...

Sadly, the middle America LIV will see this as the trigger to “let’s finally get beyond these emails” and for Congress to “get back to doing the business of America” and to “get the job done” and so forth.
Lanny Davis was pushing the “we need to move past this” and “investigations are bad and nobody likes them” meme on WMAL in Washington D.C. this morning, and I suspect we we see this all day today, tonight, and tomorrow before the polls close.

Excellent post. But, I can tell you one thing, and although they’d never admit it, some of them looked at those emails. Of course, they didn’t go thru 650k of them in a weekend like the FBI supposedly did, but they peeked.
And at this point, the precedent has been set. They didn’t mean to do it.
I skimmed thru an article yesterday quoting Rep King, that stated they have the emails from Weiners computer.
As to Comey, so many confuse him with a Law & Order type that has investigated crimes. He’s been a political hack lawyer. Never an FBI agent or anything remotely close. He has been in the hip pocket of the Democrats, the Establishment, and the Elites, since he showed up on the scene. His stunt with Ashcroft, was nothing more than that, having met with Schumer prior to the meeting.
Sad thing for him though is, I’m sure he’s got a nice fat bank account, that he’s a useful idiot for all of them. Nothing more. They play him like a puppet with numerous puppet masters. I guess the size of his bank account makes it easier to be a corrupt bitch, in the end.

Exactly...it’s the Foundation they are after- he specifically stated in his letter that there would not be any charges brought against her in the State Dept email investigation.
That does not include the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative etc.
I heard MONTHS ago from a bureau leaker,that the real prize that would bring down HRC was the CFOUNDATION, and NOT the emails. So when she’s not prosecuted on the emails, not to be surprised- it’s the Foundation server that contains the gold nuggets.
He also mentioned that agents were lining up to resign in many agencies because they just couldn’t deal with the injustice of it all, but some did so to form their own group to do their own investigation-and he was right.
Now this was MONTHS AGO, and this guy has been correct on everything he said. He also said BC is very sick and won’t live much longer; he’s taking drugs just to get thru the campaign and he really didn’t want to do this. He begged her not to run, not just because of their poor health, but he worried about their money ops coming out into the light etc affecting Chelsea/baby blah blah. She told him to “f***off”...
I bet if BC is dying (and he really does look like it to me), he’s enjoying this; he tried to warn her, wanted her to just enjoy being a grandmother, but she listens to no one. And why he would he care what happens to her? He’s dying so she will be left to explain it all- and THAT is not her best talent...
Is it one of our own intelligence agencies?

Can a president issue a pardon to someone if no charges have been brought?
President Ford did exactly that in pardoning President Nixon.
Heard on Rush that he has heard rumors that obama will fire comey after the election.
But he can’t pardon state crimes - has to be federal crimes, international crimes, or crimes to which he was a party. All from what I have read, my understanding may of course be spotty.

Not surprised by Comey’s announcement, but really disgusted. He’s either corrupt or they’ve got something on him. Same with Biden. Why is he still campaigning for Hillary the Criminal when he knows she colluded with the DNC to defeat him?
From what I gather, Comey said no indicted on the email/server issue. He did not say “no CF indictment”. Plus whatever he meant, after Jan.20 2017, Trump’s AG can go after it and them all.
