As a number of FBI investigations into Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton's private email server and the Clinton Foundation continue, with indictments likely looming due to overwhelming evidence, the Republican controlled House is already putting impeachment on the table should Clinton win the White House next Tuesday.
Yesterday during an interview on Fox News, Homeland Security Chairman Michael McCaul explained the process.

Sadly, in a Uniparty world which allows President Hillary Clinton to take office, I do not believe that impeachment or removal is possible. These are cronies. They are simply Looters. They will not upset the apple cart. If she gets in, she will be in. She could gun down half the Supreme Court and Congress would deadlock over the question of impeachment.
I believe you can only impeach for high-crimes & mistemeanors that occur while IN OFFICE - not before. WJC was impeached for perjury while in office, not for assaulting Jones.
It is so hard to impeach somebody in the Senate. Its almost impossible.
