British firm secured Benghazi consulate contract with little experience 10/14/2012

Sources have told the Daily Telegraph that just five unarmed locally hired Libyans were placed on duty at the compound on eight-hour shifts under a deal that fell outside the State Department's global security contracting system.

Blue Mountain, the Camarthen firm that won a $387,000 (£241,000) one year contract from the US State Department to protect the compound in May, sent just one British employee, recruited from the celebrity bodyguard circuit, to oversee the work.

Militia State Dept. Hired [at] Benghazi Compound Were ‘Complicit’ in Terrorist Attack (shortened) 6/11/2014

Elements of the February 17 Martyrs Brigade, the Libyan militia hired by the U.S. State Department to station members as residents inside the U.S. compound in Benghazi and to protect the U.S. diplomats there, were “complicit” in the Sept. 11, 2012 terrorist attack that killed Amb. Chris Stevens and three other Americans, according to the testimony of Greg Hicks, who was the department's second-ranking diplomat in Libya at the time of the attack.

February 17 Martyrs Brigade was hired by Blue Mountain.

According to the linked article, it was a 9.2 million dollar/year contract. Look for a donation to the Clinton Foundation from Blue Mtn.
