Hillary's "What difference does it make?" remark is quite ironic since IT MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD THAT THE LIE ABOUT BENGHAZI BEING A PROTEST AND NOT A TERRORIST ATTACK seemed to make a HUGE difference in 0blama winning the election 8 weeks later.
