California In Revolt, Now Moving To Secede From Union
ETF News ^ | 11/10/2016

Liberals are not happy about the outcome of the election. Since it did not go their way, they have been throwing temper tantrums in spectacular and violent fashion. Taking to the streets, rioting, obstructing traffic, burning flags, and threatening death. Needless to say it has been a horrible display.

For the past 8 years, Democrats have grown accustomed to getting everything they wanted. Obama has pushed and plowed their agenda through, taking the word of the law and twisting it to mean what he needed.

As Donald Trump carried the election, liberals began to realize that their days of being catered to were coming to an abrupt halt. Instead of making their displeasure known and then moving on to begin working with the pending administration, they have decided to threaten the whole country with hysterics that haven’t been seen since 1861.

Foreigners don't try to "sneak into" New England, Alabama, Nebraska, Nevada...

Yep, they do.

Vis, thanks, and I'm sure that YOU are a great person as well.

And, I would wager that you were in a hurry when you read my post.

I was entirely kidding, and the post was sarcasm and meant to twig residents of my native and once and former Golden State.

Re Cali, I miss family and friends there, and the weather. That's it.

Good. That will reduce the number of liberals remaining in the rest of the country and increase the concentration of conservatives. Let them take Oregon with them.

I find Calif. politics to be revolting.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
And revolting politics is a reflection of revolting politicians, who are themselves a reflection of revolting voters. Damn revolting, isn’t it?

Sorry pumpkin, I’m a native Californian. Worked for the state for 25 years. I probably know more about the inner workings of the state government than most readers of this site. Most of the jobs created in the state in the past 10-15 years have been SERVICE jobs. Not something that one wants in a vibrant, diverse economy. The northern half of the state has also suffered from the prolonged drought. How much longer do you think the northerners are going to allow their water to be siphoned off to provide green lawns for the south?? As for the ‘mountains, redwoods, and so on’, not a lot of food being grown in those regions,uh? Knowing a few growers in the Central Valley, they are suffering from decreasing water supplies. A number of those mentioned lakes and rivers are located on the EASTERN side of the Sierras so obtaining water from those sources is somewhat cost prohibitive, legal and otherwise. As for Lake Tahoe, forget about it. NO additional water is coming from that lake for any additional California ‘growth’. As for Silicon Valley, just like most of Wall Street, a goodly % of those firms are operating on debt, increasing debt at that, and with ANY raising of interest rates they will go poof. The state has a large population because of location, weather, potential for work (service sector), and because it offers some of the most liberal benefits of any state in the union. Everything from pensions to welfare...in some eyes the same thing. Don’t get me wrong, I want the state to prosper, I want your budgets to have surpluses, I want the state to be able to meet ALL of it’s financial obligations. However, like I told you before, I am VERY familiar with Sacramento. I know of it’s true economic condition, the ongoing water problems Sacramento knows will not abate for the foreseeable future, the TRUE crime rate that is making more and more of it’s cities cesspools. But if you’re happy there, so be it. Just keep those tax revenues coming in...by whatever means possible.

"Yes Kali, please do your “Calexit”."

They could also call it "Califexit" (but just don't accidently put a typo in there, and make that "e" a "u").

I won't even BEGIN to read your PARAGRAPH-LESS response.
How inconsiderate of you to write like that.
Perhaps, you simply don't know how. THAT I believe. :o)

Bye.

Lol. I lived in Mexico for two years when I was young.
My husband and I lived in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for five years so we could afford a nice home along this wonderful coastline.

When we finally came home from the KSA for good we landed at LAX. As we walked towards the terminal I got down on my hands and knees and KISSED the linoleum floor at LAX I was SO glad to be home at last.

I DO know how wonderful it looks and smells...FRESH, clean coastal air. Ah me, I go out to that ocean almost every day and smell the roses fresh, clean air.

Freegards.

Yep, they do.

Do you have MILLIONS of immigrants in those places? Gee, I would THINK that the MILLIONS would make news.
Even Sweden took in some Africans...but not MILLIONS.

Even thought I think CA is a lunatic asylum pretending to be a state, if they secede and there is war, then I will go there and support their cause. Every state has a right to go it alone because secession is not unconstitutional.

You’re an idiot. So in your feeble mind the USA would have better relations with Cuba than CA? I see the jack asses are all over this thread.

I've always thought it interesting that Californians believe that they are the only state with a pleasant climate. On the other hand, California looks like, and is, a desert. I live in Atlanta. Chilly right now, due to change without notice.

I guess that you know NOTHING about the NORTHERN half of the state...the Sierra Nevada mountains, the plethora of rivers from the run off of those mountains, the ski resorts, the GIANT REDWOODS, the bountiful fishing/crabbing off the coastline or the HUGE almost state-long valleys that grow enough food to feed half the world. No deserts in the northern HALF of the state.
Did I forget to mention the petroleum and natural gas in this state? California oil and gas industry - Wikipedia

Atlanta is a beautiful city too I hear. I wouldn't go there during the summer as it would remind me of living on the Persian Gulf in Saudi Arabia--HOT and HUMID.

TOO MANY people come here to live. Get on the horn and get them to move to Atlanta, please.
Thank you.

So how much blood must be spilled to drag a state back into the union? You think like a fascist. I’d sooner join Californians then let tin horns run rough shod over them. Screw you bub.
