The state of Jefferson can annex Eastern Oregon and Eastern Washington into its territory.

What's left, Western Oregon and Western Washington, can become the liberal coastal enclave of Washegon.

Southern California can then be isolated and pay off its incurred debt by confiscating all Liberal actor's bank accounts.
