Trump should call for an Article V Convention of the States to amend the Constitution. Thirty-four state legislatures (2/3rds of the 50 states) are required. One of the items which must be considered is term limits on member of Congress as a Convention of States takes that question out of the hands of, you guess it, member of Congress.

Term limits would do little to help. Changing the constitution for this chimera is ridiculous.
Our problem has not been politicians but the electorate which elects them.
