PRESIDENT-ELECT DONALD J. TRUMP ANNOUNCES SENIOR WHITE HOUSE LEADERSHIP TEAM
TRUMP FOR AMERICA, INC. US14.CAMPAIGN-ARCHIVE1.COM ^ | SENIOR WHITE HOUSE LEADERSHIP TEAM

Posted on 11/13/2016 1:31:13 PM PST by springwater13

President-elect Donald J. Trump today announced that Trump for President CEO Stephen K. Bannon will serve as Chief Strategist and Senior Counselor to the President, and Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus will serve as White House Chief of Staff.

Bannon and Priebus will continue the effective leadership team they formed during the campaign, working as equal partners to transform the federal government, making it much more efficient, effective and productive. Bannon and Priebus will also work together with Vice President-elect Mike Pence to help lead the transition process in the run-up to Inauguration Day.

“I am thrilled to have my very successful team continue with me in leading our country,” said President-elect Trump. “Steve and Reince are highly qualified leaders who worked well together on our campaign and led us to a historic victory. Now I will have them both with me in the White House as we work to make America great again.”

Folks need to remember what the chief of staff position actually does - keep the president’s calendar, keep the staff in line and coordinate with outsiders. You need a good man to do it, but he doesn’t make policy and he doesn’t run the agencies.

Yes, I was not a fan of Rinse Prius before the election. But, he really came through for us. He created a winning ground game and bucked the GOPe..

“He has such a weird name. Can’t remember how to spell it or say it./”

Reminds me of 2008——and some Kenyan with a strange name. :-)

Rince Pubis. I have no intention of stopping ridiculing his name. Let’s keep a healthy contempt for the treacherous.

Well just for clarification I don’t disagree with you. And having looked over the VOLUMINOUS pics and gifs on Bobalu’s personal page I like most of them. I guess I’m just not a fan of some types of photoshops. It’s nothing personal.

Priebus vicariously, without naming names, did give the back of his hand to the BS of Ryan and the NeverTrump faction.

I thought he was rather brave to split with that treacherous crew. I know it took him time. He did not know how things would fall out, but by golly, he took the leap in some of those quiet and rather clandestine meetings in DC, with the moaners and whiners.

When I saw how displeased they were, I knew Priebus had thrown the gauntlet down, in favor of the nominee. Shortly, thereafter, we begin to hear Trump’s pleasure for Priebus spill out. Eventually, Trump was openly grateful to Reince for his “machine” work, getting TRUMP’s game plugged in, especially in Florida, with virtually NO MONEY from the Establishment and their Wall Street backers.

Put Rinse in charge of deporting illegals one by one—driving them to the Texas border, personally.

I have said all along that I am not going to like some (probably many) of the things he does but I am just going to have to trust his judgement. DC is a swamp that will have to be navigated. I guess RP is one of those things.

I am going to have to resort to calling him RP because his name it too much for me to remember to spell ;-)

Trump has officially done more for Reince than Reince’s buddy, Paul Ryan.

Added bonus?

Everyone knows that Donald is loyal.

That is classic! I don’t know where it can be put but it certainly drives home the point that Donald is very much in the spirit of our Founding Fathers!

It’s good to see Bannon in a key spot.
I’ll just have to “reserve judgement” on that other one for the time being.

There are so many better people for this job.

For chief of staff? You are making a lot more of it than it is. It's like, your meeting with the President next week. You must submit your position paper 48hrs in advance, and no your secretary can't come with you.

Well he certainly has seemed very treacherous in the past but if Trump trusts him, so do I. On the other hand it may be a case of “keep your friends close and your enemies closer.”

Outstanding! Bannon and Preibus...kicking D.C. butt.

I understand some people’s reluctance to cheer for Reince. But, consider this- he made a decision after the convention to jump in with Trump 100%. He could have chosen other ways. He’s said on more than one occasion, he knows a Donald the world doesn’t see. Clearly, one he respects and likes and trusts.

I think this is a great balance.

Give em hell, gents!

HORRIBLE choice having Pubus as COS. If there ever was a RINO well he has it. However to Trumps favor he is loyal but Pubus? Cmon man!
