The Jewish rabbinical aversion to the death penalty is from a different time...and more importantly, it dealt with far different types of crimes. The great sages of Talmud and Mishna never enountered Moslem terrorist murder gangsters, of course, ... they were dealing and thinking only about the usual sort of purely domestic homicides like when someone gets killed in a robbery or business or domestic quarrel.

There is no comparision at all. This is made even clearer by the rabbinical idea that.. in order to execute a murderer, it was necessary for two citizens to have warned him in advance of his murdering someone that he would be subjected to the death penalty if caught and tried and found guilty of the murder........and that the conviction requires two witnesses to the actual murder event, too.

OBVIOUSLY such rules are designed to prevent any judicial executions in domestic society. They are not designed and they certainly do not address in any way the much more vicious and dangerous case of large-scale, heavily-funded and organized IslamoNazi mass murder gangs like PA/PLO/Fatah/Hezbellah/Hamas/AlQaaida/ISIS/or any other similar Moslem organization in today’s insane world.

Israel should immediately stop applying its nice-nice-liberal-soft idea about domestic civilian homicide cases.........to terrorists trying to destroy her outright.

Execute Islamic terrorists on sight. Period. End of file.
Protect your innocent civilians, Jerusalem. Just announce it and then do it, most of the world will understand and support you. (Those that oppose this new sanity in your policies are your enemies who want to murder all of you, anyway. )

We don’t do Hashem’s job except in specific circumstances. That’s one of the things that separates us from the idolaters.
