I was surprised to hear him say, when asked if he would pursue Hillary, that ‘they are good people’ and didn’t say if her would go after her.

Wait, what??!!

I hope he goes after the CF at least for the $3,000,000 pilfered and embezzled to pay for Chelsea ‘I tried to care about money and couldn’t’
Clinton’s wedding so we will be done with this filth dynasty.

No surprise, G.W. Bush did the same thing in regards to the pardons. And, after all was said and done, guess who was there to give it his seal of approval way back in 2001? Yep, James Comey.

Trump knows obamas going to pardon her so why bother worrying about her. He has a staggering job to do.

He also said he would get back to her and give her a more precise answer

And he also said Hillary had done some bad things

“I was surprised to hear him say, when asked if he would pursue Hillary, that ‘they are good people’ and didn’t say if her would go after her.”

He knows EXACTLY what he is doing, and those who voted Trump understand his approach to annoying reporters. He’s not showing his hand to the media on certain issues, he’s smart enough to play them . . . and he’s certainly not giving any kind of scoop to the likes of Leslie Stahl.

Trump does everything he has to do to vanquish his opponents. Once that has been achieved, he helps them up. He hopes to get them on his side, if he can. If they don’t come on board he destroys them. Hillary is a special case. It’s going to take finess.

“I was surprised to hear him say, when asked if he would pursue Hillary, that ‘they are good people’ and didn’t say if her would go after her.”

I saw that too, and immediately realized that was a bogus edit deliberately taken out of context: Trump was saying ‘they are good people’ about someone besides the Clintons; probably was saying it about the American people.

.
The Clintons are some of the most evil, demonic, mendacious people on Earth.

There is no way Trump says that they are “good people.”

Yeah, I didn’t like that either. Frankly, I wasn’t in the “lock her up” crowd, but I wanted her soundly defeated. The Presidency is Hillary’s life’s goal. She hungered and thirsted for it for years, and just stopping her was enough for me. She doesn’t need to go to jail because the reality is she is in her own hell, her own prison, realizing she will never achieve this goal.

I never thought Trump ever should have said he was intending on looking into her case because that sounds good in the heat of a campaign, but then people will hold you to it. I didn’t think it was wise to put yourself into having to do that because it will cause further division in the country and will distract from all the things that he can do on jobs, immigration, health care, etc. to move this country in a good direction.

After this election, Hillary has been conciliatory towards Trump and so has Bill, so besides the issue of division that is probably on his mind too. That said, calling the Clintons good people after what they said about him and the corruption he exposed with her emails compromising national security, pay for play at the Clinton Foundation, Benghazi, the way she treated Kathy Shelton and Bill’s victims, etc. is just taking it a step too far.
