The $200 tax is not so much the problem as the long wait and other BS that goes with it. Plus you are now on the ATF’s radar if you have one.

For sure. Like every time you travel with it out of State you have to get a form for travel.

This is true with any stamped weapon.

It has nothing to do about safety and all to do about MONEY

I’ve owned suppressors and automatic weapons since 1992.I expected the ATF to come around from time to time to inspect,but so far nothing.
