This is missing a few key items: (1) recognition of 2nd amendment of all citizens regardless of jurisdiction (I should be able to go to California or New York without losing my 2nd amendment rights; national CCW goes a long welcome ways toward this), (2) removal of laws banning certain types of guns, magazines, etc., and (3) preemption of laws requiring background check to buy ammo.
I think removing the NFA regulations on silencers is a good thing, but I would also like to see the Short barreled shotgun/rifle thing adjusted.
if they changed the requirement to the arm with the stock extended in its shortest length of pull was at least 26 inches long, but with no barrel length requirement, it would allow a entirely new class of PDW that are currently pretty much prohibited.
