A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
You see the words that I highlighted. This is where the FERAL Government hands over control to the States. Give it to any constitutional lawyer (which I am not but I did stay at a Holiday Inn) and they will tell you.
The "shall not be infringed" is where the FERAL Government and the State are screwing us. First, the State for NOT stopping the FERAL Government when they started up with the BATFE and such and then with all of the State's "infringements".
The State referred to in the 2nd Amendment is the State known as the United States of America. Note the singular nature of the word, as opposed to the plural ‘States’ used in the 10 th Amendment.
