HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — The families of some of the victims killed in the 2012 Newtown school shooting are trying to reinstate their wrongful-death lawsuit against the company that made the rifle used in the massacre.
Lawyers for a survivor and relatives of nine who died filed papers Tuesday asking the state Supreme Court to hear their appeal.

Not a conspiracy theorists or anything
But with the limited pictures for the Sandy Hook school that have been released publically, the school looked like it was under serious maintenance, not a school that was in session. Generally the books, desks, tables, chairs are pushed into corners or hallways when the janitorial staff is shampooing or waxing the floors. Tons of furniture was stacked in hallways, does not fit in the whole narrative that this was an active school. Even locals have commented that the school was shut down years ago.....
Things don’t add up
I'm sure the lawyers took this on a contingency basis, hoping they could squeeze out some kind of sympathy settlement. They are the ones that will take the hit when the case continues to go belly up.
That lawsuit makes as little sense as suing Chrysler (or GM, or whatever) for making the car he drove and Nike/Adidas for making the shoes he wore. The companies did not murder children, an insane democrat murdered those children.
Id sue the signmakers that make Gun Free Zone ones
There suit is illegal and has no chance of success. They are liable for all the court costs. That is established black letter law and any lawyer who participates in this crime needs to be disbarred.
No money in that estate. $64K from what I read.
