Breitbart News planning lawsuit against 'major media company'
The Hill ^ | 11/15/2016 | JOE CONCHA

Posted on 11/15/2016 10:59:46 AM PST by GilGil

Breitbart News is preparing a lawsuit against a "major media company" over claims that it is a white nationalist website, it said in an exclusive statement to The Hill.

The website has been under intense scrutiny since President-elect Donald Trump named Stephen Bannon as a senior White House counselor and strategist. Bannon is the former executive chairman of Breitbart News, and the site has become associated with the “alt-right” movement that helped propel Trump’s candidacy.

"Breitbart News Network, a pro-America, conservative website, is preparing a multi-million dollar lawsuit against a major media company for its baseless and defamatory claim that Breitbart News is a ‘white nationalist website,’” the statement reads.

"Breitbart News cannot allow such vicious racial lies to go unchallenged, especially by cynical, politically-motivated competitors seeking to diminish its 42 million monthly readers and its number one in the world political Facebook page. Breitbart News rejects racism in all its varied and ugly forms. Always has, always will," the statement continues.

Amen to that. An objection to loading white straight males in box cars and sending them to reeducation camps will get you on the SPLC or ADL Extremist list.

“Hope I’m on the jury!”

here’s some hints if you’re ever voir dired for that jury:

“No, sir. I don’t watch much TV except for sports, so yes, I’ve watched ESPN.”

“Oh, excuse me; ‘CNN’. Sorry. No, I don’t watch CNN.”

“No, ma’am. I don’t pay much attention to online news either, well, except for maybe sports sometimes.”

“No, I’ve never heard of Brightburk.”

That interview is the first thing that entered my head when I read the title of this thread. That Lemon guy is a class-A, #1 a-hole. The arrogance oozes from his pores. The things he said, along with the other two libs on the panel, was outrageous and lawsuit-worthy.

Yup. They could be excused for ignorance if Breitbart were not a public site, freely accessible to all. But willful ignorance and misrepresentation is a whole ‘nother legal animal.

Was wondering that too.

It kind of suggests that if White Nationist is bad, then Black non-Nationist is good. And if a non-nationist is a good thing, where do the non-nationists intend to live? In fact, if the non-nationists chose to reside in one location, are they effectively a nation? Would that cause them to reconsider their status of non-nationists, perhaps becoming non-nationists-except maybe ours-ists? How would they be found on the map? Let’s see Germany, Italy, France, Spain, and oh, what’s that - it’s just blank. Ah, must be the non-nation????

This is what happens when I try to understand liberalism. I better go drink Gin and try sleep it off.

If it’s Beck and the Blaze, the lawsuit would only be for hundreds of dollars.

Yes. That absurd and fraudulent Southern Poverty Law Center puts innocent conservatives on its "hate list."

They almost had blood on their hands when some nut tried to murder Tony Perkins and his staff at the Family Research Council ... after the nut was inspired by the SPLC's "hate list."

The murders were foiled only because of a brave security guard in the Family Research Council's building, who was himself seriously injured in the incident.

LOL.

Hell’s bells.

All of ‘em qualify, although CNN is the obvious choice!

PSMNBC has several racist spewing liars like Sharpton, Rachel Madcow and other ugly witches and pussy PC males.

The Mother Network, NBC, has F. Chuck Toad with his gaggle of misanthropes.

Steve Bannon is a great guy, highly educated and more clever than all of them put together. Plus, he’s a PATRIOT, like POTUS #45, who loves our country.

Andrew Breitbart lives!

Breitbarts lawyers had multiple targets so they would pick the most blatant. We shall see.

We thought that in ‘95 too, but Noot kayboshed it, and prevented any legislation from reaching the floor.

Same for blocking UN funding.

CNN's Allisyn Camerotta calimed the following two things this morning ...

[07:35:00] CAMEROTA: Not on this show, Mollie. Not on this show. We never called anybody a racist and I did a dozen panels with Trump supporters where I traveled to meet with them, they traveled here. We had our finger on the pulse of Trump supporters. I talked to scores of them and represented how they felt and broadcast that. So, maybe you're not watching our show and that's fine, but I refuse to say that the media was racist during this. @7:30 AM Nov 15, 2016

CAMEROTA: Good morning. In terms of who we know will and does have president-elect Trump's ear. So we have Reince Priebus of the establishment wing, we have Steve Bannon of the alt right, white nationalist wing and we have Jared Kushner of the family wing. How are these power plays going to play out? @8:00 AM Nov 15, 2016

It’s a target-rich environment, especially since they all parrot one another’s talking points.

Yup....Bannon.

Can see why Trump wanted him.

The buzz is Bannon and Priebus were such a good team, Trump did not want to break them up.
