This has been a bad year for dreams of dynasties. The Bush dynasty has been dismantled with Jeb, who was the first favored son, writing finis to the family dream of a trifecta.
Hillary Clinton, who started plotting her path to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. when she was a law student at Yale, took a detour through Arkansas and if she still wants to be a president will have to settle for Wellesley, or Smith or one of the other Seven Sisters. But it won’t be anything in Arkansas.

Bill Clinton, we hardly knew ya.
Hillary never cared for Arkansas except as a springboard for her ambitions, and Arkansas has returned the favour.
If she could have married a Northern Democrat or even a Rockefeller Republican with Bill’s political acumen and charisma, she would have instead of having had to endure life in Little Rock as the price of the Presidency one day.

While we are at posting pictures of “fathers and sons” I always wondered what Senator Fulbright looked like. A photo of him next to BJ might be interesting.

Very true.In fact I think that Arkansas now has no use for *either* of them.Long ago I went through Army recruit training ("Basic Combat Training") in Kentucky with guys who were mostly from Tennessee,Mississippi and Texas.They're proud people who wouldn't take kindly,for example,to the comment that BillyBob made just a couple of weeks ago observing that Trump voters were all rednecks.
It was said BJs mom “had worked for Fullbright”. Hence the interst in mentor ship but one wonders...
I was curious enough to look. There is a bit of a resemblance.
The nose and ears are very similar. BJs nose is a bit thinner.
Rednecks should feel complimented.

I particularly enjoy the thought that Hillary will live out the rest of her days extremely angry, bitter, and miserable. Every time she turn on the TV there will be her failures looking right back at her and the whole time she’ll think it was all because we are so stupid and didn’t realize how brilliant she is. HAHAHAHA.
I remember SoS Maddie Albright being called, “Halfbright”, but don’t remember anything about him being called that.

He is not a natural born citizen. His mother was still a Mexican national when he was born.
