Why are we still importing billions of dollars of oil from our enemies in the Middle East? Hopefully, Pres. Trump will put an end to that and make America energy independent, which we can easily do with our vast domestic supplies of fossil fuels, truly a blessing from God.

Because we have refineries. It comes and goes.

Because we only produce around 8 to 9 million BBLs per day and we use about 18 million BBLs per day. We are a long way off from be import free.

Gonna need a lot more refinery capacity in the US to stay energy independent but I’m sure that’s on Trump’s GREAT AGAIN list.
