Most counties in the USA which are outside of a major large metro area went 60-70% for Trump. That includes most of the Minnesota counties as well.
People who do not live in large metro areas regardless of state highly favored Donald Trump.

Near as I can tell, only Oklahoma & Alaska had no blue counties and only Vermont, Massachusetts & Hawaii no red counties.
