There is no point.
There are a handful of people on FR who are determined to foment hatred towards all Russian things and people by cherry picking their history, sort of like America haters who will focus solely upon Wounded Knee, slavery, the March to the Sea or whatever is needed to feed their undying hatred.
Russia is hated by the America left for ridding itself of Communism, and by the neocons and globalists for not meekly submitting to the yoke, like our more pliable foreign vassals.

The fact is that the Russian people and most of us are more alike than even with the English - lot of shared genetics.
