Too much is also a cardiac risk.

These stupid “natural” fads.

I use herbal medicine, natural supplements and such but I always remember that at the dosage I am take it at, I am taking a drug.

I add in one thing at a time and keep a close eye out for any symptoms that are out of the ordinary.

Turmeric is a no-no for my husband, it caused irregular heartbeat.

It does me no harm but I am seeing no improvement either so after I finish my three month test I am going to stop.

I am also one of those weird people who looks up all drug interactions when I am placed on something.

My last antibiotic (bronchial pneumonia) was not to be taken within two hours of taking my calcium and magnesium. No problem, a small adjustment.

When I mentioned it to my doctor he asked if the pharmacy had told me there might be a problem. I said no, I just did my normal research.

He wishes all his patients would do that.
