Curious about the last part....shipping by rail and or pipeline, to Messyco. I realize exports are important, but first and foremost, WE need to be energy independent.
Never understood the whole export our oil, then import foreign oil just for the sake of trade.

The issue is the type of oil, we ship non=sweet EPA approved oil to other countries.
The new big oil find and President Trump should mean more refineries and a curtail on the EPA.
