In Africa there are children who speak English, and they learn Shakespeare. With a British accent.

This is terrible, why?

In China ( Shanghi and Hong Kong especially, pre the handover ) Chinese children spoke English with a British accent and yes, were taught Shakespeare and Milton, Donne, Tennyson, etc. to boot.

Re African, black and Boer children speak English with a Brit accent...WHERE? Most assuredly NOT in RSA, Zimbabe, Liberia, nor in Kenya. And Egypt is also in Africa and Egyptians of all races don't speak English with a Brit accent either.
