Take the south side of Chicago, for example. That area has very few non-black residents. Let black businesses relocate there, hire blacks to work in those businesses, sell their products, renovate slum housing down there, etc. Do all of this on their own initiative. Make the south side of Chicago a shining city on a hill. Set up charter schools down there. Do everything that needs to be done to help poor black people prosper. Let black businessmen and politicians have free reign in these areas, and lets see what happens.
Whatever would happen from targeted reinvestment/redevelopment/renovations cannot be any worse than the ghetto conditions they current have in these places.
are you serious?? And who would be in charge? The same people who run democrat cities that turned into the highest crime rates in America? Blacks cant even trust their own.
