RUTLAND, Vt. (AP) -- Arabic language classes are drawing 25 to 30 people a week in preparation for the new arrivals in town. High school students are helping collect furniture and housewares for them, and employers have inquired about giving them jobs.
For the past several months, Rutland has been getting ready to receive 100 mostly Syrian refugees beginning early next year. But with Donald Trump taking office in late January, Rutland's plans and those of other U.S. cities that have agreed to take in people fleeing the civil war have been thrown into question, given the incoming president's hostility to Muslim immigrants.

When the solid conservative churches of New England migrated to Universal Unitarianism (accepting any and all faiths as paths to God), the foundation was laid for the invasion.
Unfortunately there are many Bible believing Christians who will suffer the consequences of this slow invasion.
Well Vermont has that reputation of being very liberal.
I heard the anecdotal evidence is, that big enough numbers of former New Yorkers and Massachusettans, who were liberal politically, overwhelmed this small rural state.
Howard Dean and Bernie Sanders are big public faces of this phenomenon. Both became prominent politicians in Vermont, both originally from New York City.

If the answer is no or I don’t know.. then they should stay where they are. We don’t need any more anti Americans nor those who want to wear their cover-up-clothing, and who want to change America or who think sharia law is above our constitution. The schools are fertile ground to welcome them in... those liberal left progressive schools, who think the United States should be taken down a few notches so we look like the banana republic they are shooting for.

Why set up Arabic language classes for residents instead of English language classes for the rape-u-gees?

If they think the muslims are people like them and have similar values but just dress a little differently they are in for a rude and crude awakening.

Why the hell aren’t they being prepped for, and learning ENGLISH?
After the wikileaks shown Obama is the one that has been supplying ISIS and the other rebels in Syria. Which means we're destroying there country. Even if they're atheists or Christians they have a right to be pissed off at us. Not just Syria but all through the middle east we been supplying the extremist and taking down dictators.

I know people who live few minutes from Rutland not happy with these people coming.
