His process is to get a broad swath of diverse opinion to make their case for their position then choose his direction from the dynamic interplay. Made himself billions doing that. If you think he’s going to create any kind of echo chamber based on people who think one way and only one way...well, you are probably just an unsuccessful fool yourself.
