We saw the hearings. Mad Maxine told us what a fine job Raines was doing at FNMA. The Dems stood in the way of reform and lenders were forced by the govt to make bad loans because of “discrimination” against those who had no down payment and could really not afford monthly payments. Gee, how could that lead to a crisis.
And then they made deals with people and wrote down a huge amount of debt while those of us who fulfilled our obligations got no benefits.
The Dems latest desire is for loan qualifying to include anyone living in the house, even if it is a non-relative renting a room.
